Just six years ago, Paxton Academy school in Thornton Heath was rated as ‘Requiring Improvement’ by Ofsted. Fast forward to 2023 and the story couldn’t be more different. Having been taken over by Wandle Learning Trust – another Communitas client – Paxton Academy has undergone an impressive transformation and has commissioned Communitas to publicise its turnaround and recent ‘Good’ rating.

With our passion for 360-degree communications, we’ve helped the school:

• Create a dedicated Facebook campaign to promote their success
• Optimise their SEO to capitalise on increased interest in the school
• Design and write a leaflet that will be dropped through all local household doors

To ensure all touchpoints are maximised we’ve also created ambient marketing including posters and banners for the school’s impressive reception area and perimeter fencing and sent releases out to local media.
