We won a three-way pitch to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for Living Streets' schools work. The charity was clear from the outset that it favoured a collaborative approach in order to develop the team's marketing knowledge for this and future projects.
We designed and delivered two interactive day-long workshops. In workshop one we explored the principles of effective marketing strategies, and then in workshop two developed a comprehensive 12 month tactical plan, focusing on promoting Living Streets' year-round Walk once a Week scheme. Reports following each workshop ensured that Living Streets had a full record of discussions and conclusions for future reference.
Living Streets have since re-hired Communitas for further marketing and market research work.
Communitas have helped us to develop a comprehensive marketing to schools strategy. The depth of research and level of insight that went into the final recommendations was impressive, as was their ability to really understand our objectives as an organisation.
