Living Streets – Walk once a Week

Marketing strategy workshops to drive schools' engagement

After a competitive pitch Communitas was hired by national walking charity Living Streets to help develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for its schools' work. The charity was clear from the outset that it favoured a collaborative approach in order to develop capacity for future projects.  

We designed and delivered two interactive day-long workshops. In workshop one we explored the principles of effective marketing strategies, and then in workshop two developed a comprehensive 12 month tactical plan, focusing on promoting their year-round Walk once a Week scheme. Reports following each workshop ensured that Living Streets had a full record of discussions and conclusions for future reference.
