Market research to help substain success
Despite being rated as No.1 FE College in England, Harlow College refused to rest on its laurels. Communitas was engaged to conduct market research into key aspects of the College's offer. This was aimed at ensuring the College's success could be maintained through effective, targeted marketing.
We carefully identified and segmented stakeholders, devised bespoke question sets and gathered views via a mixture of questionnaires and focus groups. We also formed partnerships with our audiences' influencers (including local schools) which helped to deliver a good response rate.
Our final research report contained a co-ordinated set of practical, implementable recommendations which the College used to help inform its marketing plan.
