Textbooks Matter campaign for Collins Learning
In November Communitas won a competitive pitch to support publisher Collins Learning with a campaign to bring attention to the value of textbooks in the classroom.
We designed an integrated campaign, which included teacher research, PR, creating content for a microsite and banner advertising. The work is ongoing, and you can read what the research uncovered about the impact of textbooks on teacher workload and classroom practice here.

Yesterday’s Opposition debate in the House of Commons was used to argue Labour’s motion for putting on hold the Government’s plans to force academisation onto all English schools by 2020/2022, as set out in the recent Educational Excellence Everywhere White Paper. A Conservative amendment to the motion sought to defend the plans.
