Communitas hired to provide all-round communications support and strategic advice to The West London Free School

Communitas is currently working on the second stage of its project with The West London Free School (WLFS), one of the country’s first parent-promoted schools. Before Christmas, Communitas provided strategic advice and support to enable the WLFS to carry out a comprehensive consultation with stakeholders for inclusion in the Business Case required by the Department for Education.

Communitas is now assisting the school with its admissions drive for the first intake in September 2011. This support includes a combination of media relations, online communications with prospective parents and students, as well as design and copywriting.

Commenting at the conclusion of the consultation process Toby Young, who leads the WLFS parents’ group said, ‘We owe a debt of gratitude to Account Director Hannah Jefferies and her team at Communitas who've been giving us excellent support with the consultation.’
